Connect accounts. Keep control.
BAIK Ads OS organizes ten TikTok business services around your client workspaces. Account owners control access, and each service follows the permissions and authorization appropriate to its data.
Ten services, one workspace
Our service scope spans advertising, commerce, business accounts, and creator collaboration. Open BAIK Ads OS > Tools after signing in to explore every service workspace.
| Service | Workspace focus |
|---|---|
| Campaign Management | Campaign oversight, status and budget decisions with team approvals. |
| Reporting | Daily campaign metrics, spending and performance in a clear reporting workspace. |
| Creative Management | A workspace for creative assets, ad identities and creative review. |
| Audience Management | A workspace for audience segments, lookalikes and sharing permissions. |
| Catalog Management | A workspace for product catalogs, product sets and feed quality. |
| Business Center | A workspace for business assets, members and partner access. |
| Ad Measurement | A workspace for event sources, conversion signals and measurement diagnostics. |
| TikTok Store | A workspace for advertising-linked stores, product availability and store assets. |
| Accounts | A workspace for authorized TikTok profiles, organic content and account insights. |
| TikTok Creator Marketplace | A workspace for creator discovery, collaboration briefs and campaign deliverables. |
Service activation
Availability of TikTok connections depends on TikTok application approval, granted API permissions, account authorization, and activation and verification of the relevant service connector. A service workspace does not itself grant live data access. The application displays connection status within each service.
The right authorization
Advertiser access, Business Center asset permissions, TikTok Business Account authorization, and TikTok One Creator Marketplace access have different requirements. Authorizing an advertiser account does not automatically authorize organic account content or creator collaboration.
How to connect your advertiser accounts
- Sign in. An owner or lead opens BAIK Ads OS and selects TikTok.
- Authorize with TikTok. Select Connect TikTok for Business. Review the requested permissions and choose the advertiser accounts you are entitled to authorize.
- Return to the workspace. TikTok redirects you to our secure callback. The authorization code is exchanged by our server; credentials are not exposed to the browser.
- Assign each account. Map each advertiser account to its client workspace and assign the appropriate staff.
- Choose a workspace. Open Tools and select a service. Review its connection status and access requirements. Campaign changes require the appropriate permission, a separate approver, and live execution enabled by the operator.
The advertiser connection supports the campaign and reporting workflows. Eligible Manual Campaign changes include pause, resume, and budget updates; other campaign types retain their applicable access restrictions. Other services require their respective connectors and permissions to be activated.
Current app permissions
The current advertiser app covers five permission categories:
- Ad Account Management
- Ads Management
- Reporting
- Creative Management
- Pixel Management
The platform retains all ten service workspaces. Additional service permissions will use a separate developer app. Each live workflow still requires the appropriate token permissions and a verified connector.
Campaign and reporting permissions
| Permission | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Read Ad Account Information | Identify authorized advertiser accounts and read their name, currency, time zone, and status for correct client mapping. |
| Read Campaigns | Display campaigns and check current campaign settings before and after approved changes. |
| Create and Update Campaigns | Pause, resume, or update the budget of eligible Manual Campaigns after approval. The application uses this permission for updates to existing campaigns. |
| Consolidated Report | Retrieve daily campaign-level metrics for authorized accounts. |
Additional service access
Creative, audience, catalog, measurement, store and Business Center operations use permissions specific to their assets and intended actions. TikTok Accounts requires the applicable Accounts API access review. Creator Marketplace uses the TikTok One authorization requirements. The exact permissions are selected for the approved use case; service-category selection alone does not activate an API.
TikTok Store in this workspace concerns advertising-linked store assets. Seller order handling, payments and fulfillment are outside this Marketing API workspace.
Your data and your control
- Access is restricted by staff role and client assignment.
- TikTok access tokens are encrypted and held only on the server.
- You can disconnect an authorization from the TikTok page or request assistance from baikcorporate@gmail.com.
- The Privacy Policy explains data use and retention. See Data deletion for removal requests.
