Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These terms govern the use of the applications at https://aplikasi.baikdigital.id, operated by PT. Berkarya Anugerah Inovasi Kreatif ("BAIK Digital", "we"). By signing in you agree to them.
2. The applications
- Baik Helper is our Meta integration for authorized business reporting, creative review and account operations. Meta determines the available permissions and access levels.
- BAIK Ads OS is an internal tool for authorized BAIK Digital staff to operate advertising accounts of agency clients.
- Creative Workspace provides prompt tools to BAIK Digital customers according to the access they have been granted.
3. Accounts and access
- Access to BAIK Ads OS is limited to people added by an owner. Roles and client assignments decide what each person can see and do.
- Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
- We may suspend access that puts the service, our clients or other users at risk.
4. Authorizing advertiser accounts
- Connect only TikTok advertiser accounts that you or the account owner are entitled to authorize, and map each account only to the client it belongs to.
- Use of TikTok data and features remains subject to TikTok's own terms and advertising policies.
- Authorize Meta ad accounts, Business Portfolios and Pages only when you have the asset owner's authority. Meta Platform Terms and the applicable product terms continue to apply. App publication alone does not grant permission to every asset or API.
- Account owners can have an authorization removed at any time (see Data deletion).
5. Changes to advertising accounts
Changes are proposed, reviewed and approved in the application before they are sent to TikTok, and they are checked against configured limits. For Meta workflows, authorized staff must review and approve the specific proposed action before any live change; an assistant recommendation is not approval. Results of advertising depend on many factors outside our control; we make no promise about campaign performance or outcomes.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not try to access data of clients you are not assigned to, or to bypass access controls, approvals or limits.
- Do not interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without our permission, or use it to break any law or third-party terms.
7. Third-party services
The applications rely on third-party services, including TikTok API for Business, Meta APIs, Cloudflare and any authorized assistant provider described in our Privacy Policy. Their availability and terms are outside our control.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The applications are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the applications.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first seek to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion. Unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under Indonesian law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

BAIK Drive Sheets Docs dan Rclone Backup
Authorized application use
BAIK Drive Sheets Docs and Rclone Backup are available only to the operator and authorized users for agreed Drive, Sheets, Docs, AI-assisted work and backup tasks. The website provides public information; it does not register new Google application users or grant access to Google accounts.
Your authority over data
You must have the right and necessary permissions to connect the Google account and to read, upload, download, modify, share or delete the files involved in a task. Do not instruct the operator to process another person's or organization's data without their authority. Full Drive access does not replace the need for an authorized task.
Reviewing AI results and instructions
AI-assisted output may contain mistakes or incomplete information. You are responsible for reviewing its accuracy, suitability and permissions before relying on, publishing or sharing it. Review instructions for file changes and deletion; an AI suggestion by itself is not an instruction to delete data or change an advertising account.
Revocation and deletion
You may remove the relevant application connection in Google Account settings. Removing OAuth access stops subsequent access through that authorization; it does not automatically delete existing copies held by the operator. Request deletion of those copies at baikcorporate@gmail.com under the Google privacy disclosure.
Google API availability and quotas
Tasks and backups depend on Google API availability, account permissions, OAuth authorization and Google quotas or rate limits. Outages, revoked or expired credentials, permission changes or quota limits may delay or prevent a job. Existing legal rights and the applicable company terms remain in force.
Future Google Ads use
Google Ads API use is a future integration. If activated, account owners must authorize the relevant account and task, and the specific proposed action must be reviewed before a live campaign or budget change. Publication of these pages does not activate an API connection or authorize advertising expenditure.
