Data deletion

For TikTok advertisers who authorized BAIK Ads OS

1. Ask BAIK Digital to disconnect your account by e-mail to baikcorporate@gmail.com, or ask your account manager. Staff can also disconnect directly in the application.
2. On disconnect, the application immediately deletes the stored access token, removes the mapping between your advertiser account and our client workspace, deletes cached reads, and cancels open change proposals. The disconnect dialog also offers revocation at TikTok, selected by default.
3. You can also remove the authorization on TikTok's side at any time; the token then stops working for us.

After verifying your authority, our support team removes remaining advertiser account records (IDs, names, currency, and time zone) and associated campaign data promptly, with a completion target of 30 calendar days or any shorter period required by law. Security and audit records are retained for up to 12 months from the recorded activity, unless earlier deletion is required by law or a specific legal obligation requires limited longer retention; retention is reviewed when we receive a deletion request. We explain any lawful exception and notify you of the outcome.

For Meta / Baik Helper users and business clients

1. E-mail baikcorporate@gmail.com with the subject Meta / Baik Helper data deletion. You do not need to sign in to this website or have a BAIK workspace account.
2. State which business, Page, ad account or app-scoped user ID the request concerns, if known, and a contact address. Tell us whether you want a specific connection removed or all related data deleted. Never include an access token, app secret or password.
3. Our team verifies your identity and authority using proportionate information, confirms the request by e-mail and stops the relevant processing. We remove connection credentials, saved Meta content and related reporting data under our control, and instruct applicable service providers to delete the related data they hold for us.
4. We confirm completion by e-mail, promptly and within 30 calendar days after verification, or earlier when applicable requirements demand it. Reply to the same e-mail thread for the status of your request. If limited records must be retained by law, we explain the reason, data affected and retention period; they are not used for ongoing advertising analysis.

You may also remove Baik Helper from Facebook's Apps and Websites or Business Integrations settings, where listed. For a System User connection, an authorized Business Portfolio administrator should revoke the relevant token or remove the System User's asset access in Meta business settings. Removing access stops future authorized requests but does not itself erase copies already held by us; the e-mail request above covers those copies.

For staff and Creative Workspace users

E-mail baikcorporate@gmail.com from the address you sign in with and ask for your account to be deleted. Our team verifies your identity, removes your account and access records, and confirms completion within 30 calendar days or sooner where law requires. Saved work in the prompt tools lives only in your browser; clear your browser's site data for aplikasi.baikdigital.id to remove it.
